The apartment on the 1. floor with around 35 m² is designed for a maximum of 5 people and has garden to offer. The garden is accessible via a terrace door. Although situated in the heart of Oberhausen, you can find a lot of peace in this small oasis. Here you can rest, relax and enjoy the sun. The house garden is completely enclosed. Here you can relax and let the day end.
The apartment has an extra bedroom for 2 persons with view to the garden. The bed has a size of 180×200.
The large living room, with access to the garden, has a sofa bed 190×220, which is suitable for another 2-3 persons. There is also a well equipped kitchenette for 5 people and a dining table with 5 chairs.
The apartment can also switched for 2 persons with 2 separate beds, size of 90×200 each.
breakfast hours
Breakfast is served daily between 06:00 am and 11:00 am. If you wish different breakfast times, please contact us.
Our house rules
In order to be able to offer every guest a nice and pleasant stay, we have established appropriate house rules and we would ask you to read these before your arrival.
Arrival and departure
Check In from 15:00, Check Out until 11:00.
We also offer the possibility of a later Check In. You will also receive an access code from us by SMS. Please arrange this with us when making a reservation!
